YES, CHEF! | HexClad is seeking a hands-on and resourceful Facilities IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HexQuarters , ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. This hybrid role combines facilities management —handling the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our physical space—with IT support , acting as the go-to person for on-site technical setup, troubleshooting, and user support. Reporting to | Chief Information Tech Admin Officer

TASTE SUCCESS | .As our Facilities IT Manager you’ll keep HexQuarters running smoothly, combining top-notch facilities management with on-the-ground IT support. You’ll ensure our HQ is safe, functional, and inspiring while troubleshooting tech issues, setting up workstations, and optimizing our office systems. Facilities Management

  • Oversee the maintenance, functionality, and cleanliness of HexQuarters, ensuring the space meets operational and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and supply replenishment.
  • Manage building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment; ensure timely replacements or upgrades.
  • Handle space planning and office moves, including desk setups and workspace optimization.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with physical access, including keycards and security protocols.
  • Proactively identify and address facilities-related issues to minimize disruptions.

IT Support and Management

  • Provide on-the-ground technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of workstations, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Maintain and support audio-visual (AV) equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Manage IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, and other tech assets; oversee lifecycle management, including upgrades and replacements.
  • Support employees with onboarding IT setup, such as account creation, device configuration, and software installation.
  • Act as the liaison with third-party IT vendors or managed service providers for escalated issues.
  • Ensure the office network (Wi-Fi and LAN) is stable and secure, addressing outages or connectivity problems promptly.
  • General Operations Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HexQuarters-related needs, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to create a seamless, productive work environment for employees.
  • Assist with organizing on-site events or meetings, including technical and logistical support.
  • Maintain detailed records of facilities and IT-related activities, budgets, and vendor contracts.
  • Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in facilities management IT support , or a similar hybrid role.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting IT hardware and software in an office setting.
  • Familiarity with office systems and tools (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
  • Proven ability to manage building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, security).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on a wide variety of tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or dynamic office environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements for workplace facilities.
  • Familiarity with asset management tools or IT ticketing systems.
  • Basic proficiency in AV systems setup and troubleshooting.
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and / or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
