We’re looking to expand our team with a UI/UX Designer eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with the rest of the team to bring our clients the best end-product possible.
The Position:You'll bring a positive and professional attitude to our team. You will balance independent work with an ability to accomplish tasks in a highly collaborative, team-based environment. You will effectively prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives.
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer, who is looking to learn and grow in their career. As the UI/UX Designer you are responsible for crafting the visual design and user experience of a website, focusing on creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that seamlessly guide users through interactions, by conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with our developer to implement the design.
Responsibilities:
- Create competitive analysis documentation that identify competitors, research their strategies, and compare your company's strengths and weaknesses
- Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
- Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
- Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
- Make unique graphic designs.
- Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve UX issues.
- Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
- Add content to website within the given frameworks.
- Follow and implement Accessibility best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in the wireframe tool figma.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating a team spirit and strong communication skills.
- Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
