About Us:
We’re a new and growing outpatient psychiatric clinic located in Abingdon, VA, offering innovative and evidence-based care in a welcoming, spa-like setting. Our small, friendly team is committed to providing exceptional treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, with a focus on Spravato® (esketamine) and IV ketamine therapies.
We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling, and potential to scale to full-time as the clinic grows.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Treat patients via a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth)
- Collaborate with staff and leadership on treatment plans
- Supervise Spravato® treatments (hourly bonus available)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build a consistent panel of patients based on your areas of expertise

Preferred Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Virginia
- Experience with Spravato® or IV ketamine preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and interest in working in a startup/growth-oriented clinic
