We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in achieving store goals and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store presentation standards.
• Engage with bilingual customers to enhance their shopping experience when applicable.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
• Experience in cash handling and understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential traits for success in this role.
