APPENDIX A: Job Duties, Responsibilities and Territory
As a Hey Lieu Independent Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling. Leveraging your industry expertise and sales acumen, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and deliver customized staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Reporting To: CEO
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and verticals, including but not limited to corporations, SMEs, and startups.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our staffing services and address client pain points.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and leadership, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development through training, networking, and staying abreast of industry best practices and innovations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record (5 yrs) of success in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
