This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Lead located in Estero, FL. The Sales Lead will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be involved in training new sales associates and supporting sales management tasks.
- Excellent Communication skills

- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor new sales associates
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
