Position Overview :
The Product Marketer at HeyGen will be a pivotal member of the marketing team, transforming product updates into cohesive, impactful narratives that drive trust, alignment, and business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic PMM leader with a passion for storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and crafting solution-based narratives that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). The ideal candidate has a proven ability to turn technical features into compelling stories, enabling sales and customer success teams while driving pipeline and retention through integrated go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Combine weekly feature releases into cohesive monthly, quarterly, and / or annual narratives that align with strategic business goals, including creating engaging customer-facing recaps through videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning, identify trends, and refine messaging strategies, acting as our thought leader and expert.
- Create solution-based product launches for specific ICPs, clearly articulating how features solve their pain points and add value.
- Develop impactful materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, and other enablement assets to support solution-based campaigns.
- Train marketing, sales, and customer success teams on monthly product updates, value propositions, and solution-based narratives to ensure alignment and effective storytelling.
- Collaborate with demand generation, customer marketing, and content teams to amplify monthly campaigns across multiple channels.
- Maintain and continuously update a central repository of enablement assets for easy access and ongoing use by internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Salary Range :
175,000 – 195,000 annually
