What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at HEYTEA?

Responsibilities :

Recruitment Management :

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the U.S. market, identifying talent needs to attract quality candidates.
Manage and optimize recruitment channels to localize talent, regularly analyze market conditions and recruitment progress.
Evaluate resumes, screen candidates, and oversee the interview process, including interviewer training.
Manage the offer process, including issuing offer letters, salary negotiations, and contract signing.
Coordinate onboarding training and integration plans for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
Track recruitment metrics and provide data support for decision-making.

Corporate Culture and Organizational Development :

Promote the implementation of corporate culture initiatives in the U.S. to enhance employee engagement and belonging.

Assist in identifying and nurturing key talent to facilitate organizational growth.

Employee Relations :

Maintain positive employee relations, promptly address feedback and complaints, and provide effective solutions.

Organize training and development activities to enhance team performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or internet technology sectors.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.

Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
