We need to hire full-time BDC Service Associates to work in our FAST-PACED Business Development Center to schedule appointments for auto maintenance, repairs, and more. Responsibilities - BDC Service Appointment Setter:

• Schedule appointments for auto maintenance, repairs, oil changes, recalls, etc.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - BDC Service Appointment Setter:

• Business Development Center experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Some availability on Saturday
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment background check
