Heyward Allen Motor Company in Athens, GA has an IMMEDIATE need to hire 2 Part-Time Receptionists to answer calls and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner, and perform clerical duties such as filing, etc. Applicants must be dependable and have a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
We are open Monday- Friday 7:30am - 7:00pm and Saturday 8:00 - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities - Receptionist:
Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a courteous, professional manner- Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications - Receptionist:
MUST BE dependable and have a strong work ethic- Excellent customer service and communication skills!
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Multi-line phone system experience is preferred
- Clerical and administrative experience is preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
