Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
- Sort incoming mail and distribute to proper mailboxes or departments on a daily basis.
- Meters/weighs outgoing mail to determine correct postage using commercial grade postage metering machine.
- Returns misdirected mail to post office and/or carrier.
- Ability to operate hand truck and/or pallet jack.
- Picks and delivers supplies to requesting departments.
- Restocks shelves and rotates inventory to ensure first in/first out so products do not expire. Reports all damaged or expired products to the manager or supervisor.
- Prepares accurate labels for outgoing packages that need to be shipped via Fed Ex.
- References packing lists and other receiving documents to confirm the accuracy of shipments as requested by the department manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- Experience as a mail clerk preferred

- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
