ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Audit Planning and Execution
- Develop and lead the execution of IT audit engagements, focusing on IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Perform detailed risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.
- Evaluate and test IT system controls, data integrity, and operational resilience to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Oversee audit engagements from planning to reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
Risk Management and Analysis
Analyze complex IT environments to assess risks and identify control gaps.Provide actionable recommendations to enhance IT governance, security, and operational efficiency.Leverage data analytics to identify trends and improve audit effectiveness.Collaboration and Reporting
Partner with IT, finance, and operational teams to align audit objectives with business goals.Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through clear and concise reports.Conduct follow-up audits to validate the implementation of corrective actions.Leadership and Innovation
Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging IT trends to refine audit methodologies.Contribute to the enhancement of the internal audit function by implementing innovative audit techniques and tools.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.4-6 years of experience in IT auditing, information security, or risk management, preferably in a public accounting or corporate environment.Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent.Proficiency in IT frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and ITIL.Knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g., Workday, Windows, Linux, SQL) and cloud-based environments.Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.PREFERRED SKILLS :
Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CISSP are highly desirable.Experience with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and IT general controls.Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes within a distribution or foodservice environment.Familiarity with data privacy regulations and industry-specific compliance requirements.WORK CONDITIONS :
