Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating visual content for various media, including websites, social media, e-mail marketing and print. You will work closely with our senior designer and other team members to ensure that all designs meet our brand guidelines and project requirements.

Responsibilities :

Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
Help ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Assist senior designers in the creation of promotional and advertising materials.
Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

Requirements :

A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Up to 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback.

Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A talent for creativity and problem-solving.

This is an on-site job at our office in Tulsa, OK, up to 30 hours per week. A great candidate may be offered a full-time role.

Bonus Qualifications :

Familiarity with web design, multimedia content development, photo retouching, and motion graphics.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a basic understanding of UI / UX principles.

Basic understanding of print production processes.
