Position Summary:
The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the HCF Family of Companies. This individual will assist in the development of tools and reporting systems, analyze operational data, and work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
* Act as a key member in the development and optimization of the Vibe system, which provides tools and reporting for the entire scope of business operations.
* Pull one-time data requests and generate reports for management and other departments to support decision-making.
* Maintain and analyze operational spreadsheets and quality scorecards to monitor performance and identify trends.
* Answer questions about the data presented, ensuring stakeholders understand the insights and implications.
* Collaborate with all departments to understand processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards to track operational success and identify areas needing attention.
* Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and operational procedures.
* Train team members on the use of tools, reports, and operational systems.
* Ensure that operational procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of operational projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Analyze operational risks and provide recommendations for mitigating potential issues.
* Provide additional support for cross-departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft systems, particularly Excel and Teams. SQL knowledge a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
