Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, verify certifications, and handle background checks.
- Onboarding & Training: Train new caregivers and provide ongoing skill development.
- Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, and manage workers’ compensation.
- Performance Management: Conduct reviews, offer feedback, and implement corrective actions.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and changes.
- Client Support: Ensure proper caregiver assignments and address client concerns.
Required Skills:
- Need at least 3 years of HR experience especially in a Home Care setting
- Knowledge of home care regulations
- HR experience, preferably in healthcare
