Wholesale Operations Associate
Welsh, LA
The Wholesale Operations Associate for HENDERSON FAMILY ENTERPRISES will provide support to Henderson Implement & Marine, the leading dealer of boats, tractors, and offroad vehicles in Lake Charles and Abbeville, and Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza. Note: This position has the option to work a portion of the week in Lake Charles.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating wholesale equipment and installation coordination.
- Daily tasks which include coordinating installations, managing division equipment inventory and wholesale equipment finance credit, and supporting field personnel
- Weekly tasks which involve working with assigned reports, processing, and invoicing installations.
- Administrate Salesforce, including user management, document processing, and CONGA integration.
- Monthly tasks which include creating ACH batches for wholesale finance payments, working with assigned reports, performing truck inventory reconciliation, and reconciling accounts before closing each month
- As needed tasks which include managing food show activities, maintaining current insurance certificates for store owners, and processing uninstalls
Requirements:
- Accounting experience and/or an associate degree in accounting preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Excel knowledge is required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize is necessary
