The Senior Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment processes and team to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, overseeing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior Manager of Recruiting will work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts with the company's goals and values.

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Enhance Onboarding Process via ADP and new hire orientation.
- Conducts all lifecycle recruiting activities including developing job ads, place ads, source and screen candidates. Recommend candidates to HR and hiring manager, communicate with candidates, present offers, check references and coordinate with HR on onboarding needs.
- Negotiates recruiting agreements with outside vendors. Tracks recruiting dollars / spend to ensure budgets are managed.
- Manage and mentor the recruiting team including HR team members and partners, providing guidance, training, and development to achieve high performing recruiting operations in the field.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver the most effective recruiting plans to maximize hiring effectiveness and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and expectations.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify alternative recruiting methods to deliver on talent needs including job fairs, internships, technology platforms and other resources. Presents options to HR leadership.
- Ensures that hiring managers follow established recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Works with talent leadership and HRIS to ensure recruiting systems are utilized and optimized for the company. Trains HR team and managers on process and technologies.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
