HFS Financial is seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the United States. This role will focus on expanding our market presence in the home improvement financing sector by developing relationships with contractors, remodelers, and home improvement companies nationwide.
Position Overview
As a National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving HFS Financial's growth by educating and guiding home improvement professionals through our financing solutions. Using a consultative selling approach, you will help contractors grow their businesses by providing their customers with flexible financing options for home improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives
* Lead business development initiatives across all US territories, with a focus on key growth markets
* Build and maintain relationships with large home improvement contractors, remodeling companies, and industry influencers
* Provide expert consultation on HFS Financial's financing solutions and demonstrate ROI to potential partners
* Create and implement growth plans in collaboration with executive leadership
* Conduct product demonstrations and guide prospects through the enrollment process
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry regulations to inform strategic planning
* Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through closing
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
* Represent HFS Financial at industry trade shows and events
* Lead training sessions for contractors on financing best practices and sales techniques
Required Qualifications
* 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in home improvement, construction, or financial services
* Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing national accounts
* Experience selling financing solutions to contractors and home improvement companies
* Strong understanding of consumer lending, home improvement financing, and sales processes
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
