What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Project Manager position at HFW Companies?
This position is fully responsible for leading a design team in all aspects of project management
to include pursuing new project opportunities, proposal preparation, identifying
project staffing needs, developing and maintaining project production workload projections,
overseeing financial performance of project, developing and maintaining contacts
with current and prospective clients, and recommending and reviewing project budget.
Essential Functions
- Serves as Senior Technical Advisor and Subject Matter Expert.
- Assists effort to identify new markets and new clients to bring in new projects.
Maintains good, continuous, positive, helpful contact with existing clients.
