Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite
Location : Las Vegas, NV
Schedule : Monday through Thursday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. and Fridays 8 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m.
Travel : Occasional travel would be required to meetings or job sites.
Salary Range : Depend on experience
Position Overview
As a Designer II, you'll have the responsibility of creating detailed plan sets and assisting in project planning. Critical thinking, complex problem solving, and thorough research are all part of design development. You should have experience in due diligence, site planning, notation, zoning codes, underground utilities, topography, coordination with entities, contractors, survey, and plan production. Designers at this level can read and understand civil land development plan sets. Applicants should be familiar with civil land development concepts and Civil 3D. We're looking for someone who can make sound judgments, stay organized, handle multiple tasks well, ask questions, and communicate effectively.
