White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team. This is for the pm shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sundays and Mondays) with some availability to take extra shifts as needed. Part-Time:
Sunday and Monday (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
OR
Fri & Sat 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00
.Job Duties:
- Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
- Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
- Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.
- Monitoring of Resident Safety System (Arial) and security cameras
Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior clerical/administrative work experience
- Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Occasional availability that may include evenings & holidays
