Job Description: As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control within our manufacturing processes. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to upholding regulatory compliance.
B Shift: Sunday- Wednesday 8:00PM-6:00AM
B Shift employees are eligible for a 15% shift premium, which is added to their base hourly wage for every hour worked during this shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality tests and evaluations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Follow established protocols for non-conforming product disposition and participate in root cause analysis investigations.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Uphold adherence to all regulatory standards and company quality policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or related industries.
- Solid understanding of quality control procedures, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards is desirable.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality assurance is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality inspection role.
