HGA is in search of a Marketing Coordinator who will champion multiple marketing activities to persuade target audiences and drive engagement with HGA's brand in California. As part of a 7-person California marketing team, this individual will brainstorm ideas and design marketing content, produce print and digital collateral, and collaborate to develop HGA stories that inspire action. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, thrive in creative communication, and be excited to help us win desired clients and projects.
In this role you will :
- Own the end-to-end pursuit process and produce marketing collateral, specifically : RFQ / P responses (brochures, qualifications packages, proposals) and client pitch (interview) presentations.
- Develop marketing content and collateral for various marketing initiatives including, but not limited to project awards, conferences, speaking engagements, publications, and advertising.
- Coordinate external marketing activities such as events, conferences, and speaking engagements, and produce corresponding marketing collateral.
- Support project photo shoots through planning and attendance, in partnership with project teams.
- Work in a highly interactive and cross-functional position, collaborating with multiple team members across various disciplines and offices.
- Partner with the Marketing and Communications teams on the execution of strategic initiatives and champion marketing projects across teams as appropriate.

Salary Information :
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range : $75,000 - $96,400.
