We are seeking a talented, design-sensitive, and ambitious Project Architect to join our Arts, Community, & Education (ACE) architecture team and shape the future of sustainable design! In this role, you will be integral to our project teams in all stages of design. Our practice works on a wide variety of project types and scales, so versatility to adapt to a variety of collaborative design team settings is necessary. We are seeking someone who has a long-term desire and passion for project architecture and the technical-side of our practice, although design and project management skills are also beneficial.

You will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; master’s degree preferred
- Architectural licensure required
- LEED accreditation preferred
- 7-15 years of experience and includes working on small- to large-scale project types
- Strong graphics skills are an essential
- Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, and other industry accepted software including Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop) and project management software is preferred
- Understanding and experience in some combination of arts (theater, music, visual arts, art museums), cultural (history museums, faith-based), community (nature centers, centers), and education (K-12 or Higher Ed) is preferred
Salary Information:
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA’s robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Salary Range: $77,100 - $103,400.
