Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Assisting with design, planning, layout, and installation.
- Knowledge of installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
A minimum of three years' experience as a full-charge superintendent for a general contractor is preferable. Demonstrates proficiency in communication, including written and verbal communication. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project. The applicant must successfully complete a drug test and background check. The role entails coordinating and overseeing company personnel and subcontractors.
