Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vehicle titles, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to regulatory agencies
- Handle all title-related paperwork for vehicle sales and wholesale transactions
- Verify and ensure compliance with all state and local laws regarding vehicle titles, registration, and sales
- Communicate with the wholesale department and dealerships regarding title processing
- Maintain accurate records of title transfers, vehicle purchases, and wholesale sales
- Assist in managing inventory and coordinating title delivery and transfer
- Work closely with the finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to titles
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly titled and registered for resale or transfer
- Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal staff regarding title status and processing
- Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the Controller at the end of month.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in title processing, vehicle registration, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software; familiarity with automotive industry software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!
