MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in building maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
DESCRIPTION
As a General Maintenance Worker, you will be expected to:
- perform preventive maintenance on facility operational systems and equipment as directed;
- analyze and solve complex problems related to operational systems of a complex facility;
- respond appropriately to operational problems beyond resolution in emergency/non-emergency situations;
- perform such physical activities as: using your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls; standing for long periods of time; walking or running for long periods of time; bending or twisting your body; repeating the same movements; kneeling, stooping, crouching, or crawling; and
- perform other related duties as assigned.
