Purpose of the Job

These tools seamlessly connect devices, apps and people, fostering collaboration and transforming ideas into action. We are looking for a Retail Creative Producer to join the retail marketing team.
As a Retail Creative Producer, you'll orchestrate strategic program management and executional leadership for retail marketing. Partner closely with internal creative teams and agency partners to deliver exceptional design, product experiences, visual merchandising, graphics, and signage. You will manage new store openings, seasonal campaigns and new product launches throughout the creative life cycle aligning with the strategic and budget goals, delivering on time and ensuring flawless execution. You will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders providing direct communication, updates and alignment to ensure the success of the work.
This position is hybrid on-site in Mountain View, California.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams : Go-to-Market Managers, Product Marketing, Creative, Traffic, Production, Legal and Operations team to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing and budget requirements
Lead the retail creative development process with internal teams and agency partners in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, regional share outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off
Ensure teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision
Proactively anticipate and manage project complexities to create “space” and set up the Retail creative team to do their best work
Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate and manage risks
Observe and identify opportunities for team processes, tools, documentation, and asset management improvements
Develop schedules for deliverables partnering closely with Traffic and Production Managers to ensure accuracy
Knowledge, Skills Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
6-8 years of experience managing the creative development and execution
Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem solve, time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment
Experience with engaging and managing multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
Experience successfully delivering results through a highly matrixed organization developing product campaigns and experiences for retail environments
Must be proactive, detailed-oriented, resourceful and ability to manage multiple projects
Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong leadership skills
Polished written and verbal communications plus excellent presentation skills
Experienced and comfortable navigating a client-facing environment
Desire and ability to own and lead projects confidently with minimal direction
Ability to work independently but also well with a team to drive work forward

The US base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
