Purpose of the Job
As a Training Content Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences. You'll be the driving force behind creating engaging and effective training programs that empower our teams to deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise. Your work will directly impact how the team showcases the magic of the products, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to connect with customers in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage the development and adaptation of training materials to empower the staff to confidently showcase products and service in-store with customers, working with cross functional marketing teams.
Assist in the organization and support of specialized training materials for unique product experiences, such as the try-on demo kits
Coordinate and support consistent communication with Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, and regional teams to align deliverables and timelines, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Adapt marketing training content from various marketing teams
Assist in gathering, compiling, and analyzing training feedback and performance data to identify areas for content improvement.
Facilitate executive reviews with key stakeholders, manage the calendar, agenda and key takeaways.
Knowledge, Skills Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5- 10 years of experience.
Experience in a retail environment or with hardware products is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to gather and implement feedback.
Experience in streamlining training content development and delivery processes.
Provide clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, obstacles and priorities, and proactively identify and manage risks.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Experience working with global teams.
Analytical skills and data-driven approach.

The US base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
