The Secretary is responsible for assisting the Employee Health (EOH) staff with pulling charts, filing, answering phones, greeting visitors, running errands, etc.
Qualifications
Education
High School diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
Experience
Prefer one (1) year administrative support experience.
Additional Skills/Abilities
Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and managers. Must be able and willing to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer, word processing, scheduling and spreadsheet software and e-mail. Must be able to mail merge documents.
