Duties

• Supervise and train staff, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Manage cash register operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and product displays.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with the assistant manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Execute budgeting strategies to optimize store performance.
• Drive sales through effective marketing techniques and customer engagement.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
• Strong background in wireless sales is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory management and budgeting practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in cash register operations and customer service best practices.
• Previous experience in training development is highly desirable.
