Job Description:
- Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead management, proposal development, contract negotiations, RFP responses, customized presentations, and post-sale implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans within a designated territory to meet company growth goals.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities.
- Assess and report on sales cycle activity, pipeline development, and goal tracking using CRM tools (HUBSPOT) and regular communication with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Franchise Business Consultants, Office Managers, and the Regional Director, to understand client needs.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- A team-oriented sales professional who thrives in collaboration and relationship building.
- Skilled in brand development through professional networks, associations, and social media.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
- Strong relationship-building skills to nurture prospects.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
