Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Ability to be on-call)

HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Greet and assist residents and guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Facilitate move-ins and move-outs.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, following up to ensure completion.
• Update and distribute community newsletters, announcements, and event calendars.
• Plan and organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community.
• Assist in emergency response procedures and stay knowledgeable about safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
