Job Description:
- Conduct tours of the property and available units for prospective tenants.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with marketing efforts including online listings and social media.
- Guide applicants through the rental application and documentation process.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, explaining terms clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, interactions, and maintenance requests.
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage lease renewals and notify tenants of upcoming changes.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to fulfill service requests.
- Perform property inspections and ensure common areas are maintained.
- Proficient with property management systems and office software.
- Familiarity with leasing and rental processes.
- Knowledge of rent collection and late payment procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
