Job Description:
- Escort tenants to view various properties.
- Communicate pricing and lease terms to clients.
- Post rental notices and advertisements on multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with landlords to find suitable occupants.
- Monitor the quality and condition of rental properties.
- Conduct apartment and community inspections.
- Prepare lease documents and other related paperwork.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
