Location: Tallahassee, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Previous leasing experience

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Manage tenant concerns and resolve disputes professionally.
• Build rapport with tenants, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Promote properties and utilize online platforms to attract prospective tenants.
• Understand and comply with lease terms, regulations, and fair housing laws.
• Negotiate lease agreements and successfully close deals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Onsite, and other property management software, as well as office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
