Job Description:
- Communication – Strong verbal and written skills for effective interaction with tenants and colleagues.
- Customer Service – Ability to build rapport, resolve issues, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Sales & Negotiation – Skilled in persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals efficiently.
- Organization & Time Management – Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Legal Knowledge – Understanding of lease terms, regulations, and fair housing laws.
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with CRM software, Yardi, OneSite, property management tools, and office applications.
- Conflict Resolution – Ability to address tenant concerns and manage disputes professionally.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Work effectively with property managers, maintenance staff, and other team members.
- Reliable Transportation – Must have dependable transportation for job-related duties.
