Position: Leasing Specialist

Locations: Clearwater, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: Minimum 6 months of related experience. Tax credit experience is a plus!

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (Rotating Weekends)

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Phone Handling: Warmly greet callers and direct them efficiently.
• Unit Tours: Showcase units to potential tenants with enthusiasm.
• Tenant Support: Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Office Maintenance: Keep supplies stocked and maintain office organization.
• Work Order Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance tasks seamlessly.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Being bilingual is a plus!
• Software knowledge such as Yardi.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Effective team player with strong communication skills.
