Position: Maintenance Tech

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: Previous maintenance or related experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.
• Repair aesthetic damage after tenant move-outs.
• Coordinate with third-party technicians when needed.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Address tenant maintenance-related inquiries and complaints as they arise.
• Clean and maintain communal areas.
• Inspect buildings and schedule necessary repairs.
• Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
