Position: Maintenance Tech

Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: Previous maintenance experience

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (Rotating Saturdays)

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Repair aesthetic damage after tenant move-outs.
• Conduct regular inspections and clean communal areas.
• Perform painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Address tenants' maintenance-related inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate with third-party technicians when necessary.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
