Type : Full-time; Temp to perm Schedule : Monday Friday, Day Shift HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team Job Description : Prepare vacant units for new residents by handling painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs. Ensure all appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures are fully functional. Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Perform preventive maintenance, such as replacing filters and lubricating parts. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests. Fix minor plumbing issues, including leaks and fixture replacements. Repair or replace electrical components, like outlets and lighting fixtures. Complete basic carpentry tasks, such as patching walls and repairing doors. Maintain property exteriors, including landscaping and snow removal. Ensure all work meets safety regulations and building codes. Position Requirements : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to use common tools and equipment effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physically fit with the capability to lift and carry heavy objects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
