HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Monitor and adjust the building's HVAC and other functional systems.
- Identify and implement system improvements.
- Maintain contact with manufacturers and manage repair stock within budget.
- Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager on budgets and recurring issues.
- Follow and update maintenance schedules per manufacturer recommendations.
- Keep maintenance shops and mechanical/electrical areas organized and functional.
- Perform installations and repairs, including ceiling tiles, flooring, blinds, and signage.
- Use the ServiceLink system for service requests and updates.
- Documented training, certification, or licensing in at least one of the following areas: EPA Certified (D), HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Availability for emergency calls during nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Fundamental understanding of state and local building codes.
