Henhouse Cafe in Gilbert, AZ, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista / Retail Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of coffee and beverages with care and precision

Provide friendly, prompt, and exceptional customer service

Assist customers with purchases in our retail section

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

Restock inventory and ensure displays are visually appealing

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Previous experience as a Barista and retail

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Food handlers card

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
