HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Data, Analytics, & Business Intelligence, this role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions.
The Analyst will manage the complete data lifecycle, from data engineering through analysis and visualization :
- Build and automate ETL pipelines
- Design and maintain data models
- Create automated reporting solutions and BI dashboards
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $85,000-100,000 not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
