We're seeking an experienced Lead Platform Engineer to drive the platform vision and development of our next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform ("Pavillio"). Essential Job Duties
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the underlying infrastructure for Pavillio to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI / CD pipelines to streamline builds, deployments, and automated testing.
- Establish and promote best practices in DevOps, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define platform architecture, standards, and shared services.
- Build robust, secure, and efficient systems for deploying, scaling, and monitoring applications in cloud environments (AWS or similar).
- Own and optimize cloud costs while ensuring performance and availability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance, reliability, and security issues across the platform.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, assessing their applicability to Pavillio and ensuring the platform remains future-proof.
- Mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence
- Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to align platform and business goals.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $140,000-165,000 / yr, not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
