Job Title - Patient Services Coordinator

Location-Litchfield, CT 06759

Duration- 3 months

Shift-Day M-F 7 : 30a-4pm

Pay Range- $18.00 / HR -$20.00 / HR

Job Duties :

• Appointment Scheduling & Coordination : Manage and confirm patient appointments, handle cancellations, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Patient Communication : Answer calls, provide appointment information, and address patient inquiries.
• Registration & Check-in : Verify patient information, assist with check-in, and ensupdate records.
• Insurance & Billing Support : Verify insurance details, assist with pre-authorizations, and help resolve billing issues.
• Administrative Duties : Maintain patient records, prepare forms, and assist with general office tasks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient care delivery.
