Job Description:
As a Part-Time Sales Associate at HHC Living, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will assist customers with their purchases, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, promotions, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Achieve personal and store sales goals while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and effective work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
