Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong mathematical skills for cash register operations
- Experience in catering or events is a plus
- Exceptional time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- A hospitable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
