Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Handyman at HHH Building Services located in Highland, UT. The Lead Handyman will be responsible for performing daily maintenance and restoration tasks on various exterior building materials such as stone, concrete, wood, metal, fountains, and glass. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in stone, concrete, wood, metal, fountain, and glass restoration and maintenance
- Skilled in repair and maintenance tasks for exterior building materials
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction and maintenance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications or training in construction, maintenance, or related field
- Minumum 5 years expereince.
Pay
Starting wage $22-$30/hour depending on experience.
Paid time off, company vehicle (clean driving record)
Possible salary depending on level of experience and ability to lead.
