WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for all facets and accountable for completing service request lists for residential construction and warranty projects from initiation to completion/customer satisfaction.
- Consult with homeowners to determine if warranty service requests are warrantable or a homeowner maintenance item based on standards and guidelines
- Own the customer service process and manage trade partners to completion and satisfaction of homeowners to ensure scopes of work are being fulfilled
- Complete routine repairs as needed including drywall repair, paint touch up, caulking of various surfaces, minor trim work, and adjustment of doors, appliances, and windows, etc.
- Project manage the warranty request process utilizing good judgement based on HHHunt quality standards and financial responsibilities
- Perform follow-up inspections to ensure completion of work order lists.
- Participate in an “on call” system for emergencies if needed
- Keep accurate written documentation of daily activities to advise appropriate leaders and recommend a course of action.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, customer service, or similar role required
- 3-5 years’ experience in construction preferred.
- Background and knowledge of construction processes and repair including water intrusion, mold and mold remediation.
- Ability to handle a wide range of tasks and multiple priorities at the same time.
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts with external parties and customers
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and good follow-up skills.
- Flexible and results oriented. Ability to manage change.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated instructions of a technical nature to a diverse audience.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $50,963 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
